Tattoo Aftercare
Now that you have your fresh new tattoo, you would want to take good care of it! From this point on, your artist is not responsible for any infection or problems you may have with your tattoo if you don't take proper care of it. It is very important that you follow these guidelines. A really beautiful tattoo

Always wash and dry your hands before and after handling a new tattoo site!
- Apply a thin film of EASYTATTOO Ointment 2 times a day for the next 10 days until the skin returns to its pre-tattoo condition.
- Do not use skin products on the treated area that have not been recommended by your tattoo artist.
- Try to wear loose, cotton clothing to minimise rubbing and irritation to a new tattoo site.
- Stay out of sunlight and tanning booths until the tattoo is healed, at least 10-14 days.
- Do not soak tattoo in tub, sauna, Jacuzzi or go swimming while your new tattoo is healing.
- If possible, shower rather than bathe while the tattoo is healing so that unnecessary water exposure is prevented
- Do not rub or pick the treated area while it is healing. Loss or colour and/or infection could occur.
- Always keep a new tattoo covered and protected if working in a dirty/dusty/oily environment.
Extreme sun and exposure over the years can and will fade your tattoo.
This can be minimised by using a strong sunscreen, at least SP25.

Consult a physician if any signs or symptoms develop such as the following:
- Green/yellow discharge
- Foul smelling and/or fever.
